All orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

Dispatch times

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, unless advised otherwise. During busy periods or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated if there's a significant delay.

Local delivery

If you're located in Napier, Taradale, Hastings, or Havelock North, you can choose our local delivery option at checkout.

Our local deliveries are made:

• Tuesdays

• Saturdays

Tracking your order

Once your parcel has been collected by our courier, you'll automatically receive a tracking email so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.

Signature on Delivery

To help your parcel arrive as quickly and conveniently as possible, we do not require a signature on delivery unless you specifically request one. If you'd like your parcel sent with a signature required, simply let us know when placing your order.
